From personalised wedding glasses for the whole wedding party to a single personalised birthday pint glass, bespoke designed wine glasses & christmas champagne glasses we are able to cater for every need.

As well as our regular personalised glass designs we are also able to design pretty much whatever you would like on to any glass of your choice – you come up with the idea and Stacy will design & paint it for you, have a look at our Photo Gallery for ideas.

If you cannot see the type of design or glass you are after on our site please feel free to contact Stacy to discuss your needs, we are also able to cater for any budget if need be.

All the glassware is hand painted, left to dry for 24 hours and then baked at 160’c. This process makes the designs longer lasting & more durable. We aim to get all glasses painted, dried and baked within the estimated time specified on your confirmation email then posted out anywhere within the UK on the next working day (large orders or busy times of the year may take a little longer than estimated) click here for more details

Process & Policy’s….

Item Return\Cancellation Policy – The customer will receive an acknowledgement email (if email has been stated when ordering) within 48 hours of placing the order. This email will state the design and any personalised message required on the glassware. It is the customer’s responsibility to either inform us if for any reason an order acknowledgement email has not been received or if any of the details on the order acknowledgement email are incorrect. In the case of an order being painted wrong due to incorrect information given by the customer no refund will be given, however we will work with the customer to see if we can arrange a suitable agreement.

In the case of Unique Glasses painting an order wrongly in our error a replacement item or full refund will be offered on return of the faulty glassware. A photo of the error maybe required.

We take great care in packaging our glasses, but unfortunately on rare occasions breakages do occur. Any breakages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery either via phone or email, each case if different and we will work with the customer to resolve the matter to suit both parties interests. A picture of the breakage maybe required. If you are not happy with your final product we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Any refund given will be issued once we have received the faulty item in the same condition that it left us. P&P on returned items is the responsibility of the customer.

Although all our orders are painted on demand any order placed has a 24 hour period where the customer can cancel their order for whatever reason. This needs to be done via and email or phone call where we will acknowledge the cancellation.

Privacy Policy – In order to process an order within our in house system we require holding some customer information, these include; Name, delivery address, contact email & contact phone number.

We do not hold any credit or debit card details as this is all dealt with via PayPal.

No customer details held by us will be given out to a 3rd party without the customers permission.
